Validate My Idea
This Launch Pad takes you from untested assumptions to a complete validation package: your assumptions ranked by risk, your competitive gaps mapped, and a customised interview script in your hand before Saturday's conversations.
Bring to the session
- Your Start-Now Statement from LP 1.1 (Chapter 1)
- Your customer profile from LP 1.2 (Chapter 2), specifically your Pain Statement and Language Bank. If you skipped LP 1.2, go back. Validating without knowing your customer means validating against imaginary people.
- A one-paragraph description of your target audience
- Three assumptions you are making about the problem (what you believe is true but have not confirmed)
What you walk away with
your assumptions ranked by risk, five competitor gaps, a one-page interview script built for your exact situation, a pre-committed validation scorecard, and a GO / ITERATE / PIVOT decision you can defend.
The AI does the structuring. You do the conversations. Both are required. An AI can generate interview questions. It cannot look a potential customer in the eye and hear the hesitation in their voice when they say "maybe." That is your job.
The guided version opens with The Builder's Desk
A 5-step guided session that structures the work, saves your outputs, and connects them across chapters. Until then, the full briefing is in your copy of the book — it works with any capable AI assistant.
From the book: Save this output, you will need it for LP 1.4 and LP 1.8. Your assumption map, competitor gaps, and validation scorecard feed directly into your offer design and your Kill-or-Commit decision. If your scorecard shows red, that is data too, it prevents you from building on an unvalidated idea.
